Today's world of work is quickly changing. Not many people stay within their chosen career forever and lateral moves have become increasingly common. 

Changing jobs can be challenging, especially when you are faced with the decision whether to stick with the career you are currently in or change your trajectory by starting in a different field. 

As a career chameleon I have worked in various role within my career, sometimes completely switching the field I operated in.
