Glass Ceilings and Sticky Floors: Practical Strategies for Women who Lead

Although much has changed since the 1950’s for women, too many things have not. There still a gender pay gap, women are still under represented in C-Suite and STEM-related functions. Many of us continue to experience awkward moments which could have featured in the Mad Men series.
In this session I will share with you lessons learnt and the strategies I have developed which I have captured in three chapters; Not a member of the little boys club, the corporate arranged marriage, and sales dialysis.
