How to Have it ALL

There's a constant debate about whether women can have it all - the career and the family. Especially in tech, having it all is not easy but not impossible. In my early 30s, I already have two kids and I hold an executive leadership position at a major, global SaaS company - ServiceNow. My story is a clear example that it is possible to have it all - I have lived in 5 countries and speak 5 languages, I have worked for major IT companies such as HubSpot, Cisco, and ServiceNow in global, demanding positions and also managed to focus on having a family. But to accelerate in your career and have a family, you need to have clear goals, determination and focus. In this session, I provide the steps to take to have it all - grow super fast in your tech career and drive work-life integration, not balance.
