People: The Key To A Successful IT Transformation

Monika will share her experience from running a large scale IT transformation in Nuuday, the Danish incumbent telco. The challenge was to move a 150-year old company into a modern digital service provider.  One thing is changing the technology but how do you ensure that readiness of your organisation, both the bold decision makers in the program but also the people receiving the result of the transformation. Nuuday has shifted operating model, roles and skills, and in parallel increased the NPS and customer experience – all while running a massive multi-year program. What did we do right, what are the biggest learnings and what are the main challenges now in the midst of business adoption.
