How to Harness the Power of Agentic AI

Doctolib's mission is to revolutionize healthcare through innovative technology. To achieve this, they have implemented an advanced system using Large Language Models (LLMs) and an agentic framework to enhance customer support. Using AI agents with specialised roles and tools, multi-step reasoning, and user interaction, we automate complex tasks for seamless user experience.

Deploying such a project in production came with many challenges including non-deterministic behavior of agents, data management and documentation, handling unstructured data, interservice communication and security which required a thorough cross-team system design, specific project organisation and collaboration.

Agentic systems have the potential to revolutionize natural language interaction across different sectors by efficiently understanding user intent and providing relevant responses efficiently.
