In her 11.5 years at Booking.com, She had a variety of leadership roles, always with a focus on growth strategies with sustainable technical solutions and operating models in cross functional settings. Her experience within Booking.com brought her from B2C to B2B to Security. Prior to Booking.com she held different positions including Sales and Marketing Director and Senior Manager Information Management. She studied Business Engineering in Amsterdam. As the Group Director Trust & Safety, she’s committed to help protect the physical and mental wellbeing of our customers (Travellers and Partners).
Jess Sanders is an all-around enthusiast, an activist and an advocate for radical kindness. A Senior UX Writer with 10 years’ craft experience, she specialises in inclusive, accessible and human-first content design.
