Bringing in years of experience in both clinical and organizational psychology she leads Booking.com’s wellbeing strategy that includes physical, mental, emotional and social health, amongst other topics. The aim is to create a healthier work environment, reduce the stigma around mental health, and foster a more inclusive culture for everyone.

Prior to Booking.com she held different positions including Sales and Marketing Director and Senior Manager Information Management. She studied Business Engineering in Amsterdam. As the Group Director Trust & Safety, she’s committed to help protect the physical and mental wellbeing of our customers (Travellers and Partners).
