Bringing in years of experience in both clinical and organizational psychology she leads Booking.com’s wellbeing strategy that includes physical, mental, emotional and social health, amongst other topics. The aim is to create a healthier work environment, reduce the stigma around mental health, and foster a more inclusive culture for everyone.
Neda is a Technology Leader and passionate about growing teams and businesses. In her 11.5 years at Booking.com, She had a variety of leadership roles, always with a focus on growth strategies with sustainable technical solutions and operating models in cross functional settings. Her experience within Booking.com brought her from B2C to B2B to Security. Prior to Booking.com she held different positions including Sales and Marketing Director and Senior Manager Information Management. She studied Business Engineering in Amsterdam. As the Group Director Trust & Safety, she’s committed to help protect the physical and mental wellbeing of our customers (Travellers and Partners).
Jess Sanders is an all-around enthusiast, an activist and an advocate for radical kindness. A Senior UX Writer with 10 years’ craft experience, she specialises in inclusive, accessible and human-first content design.

Christel is a Director of Strategy in the FinTech business unit at booking.com. She started her career in consulting, mainly advising banks on their strategic direction. After that, she worked at a tech marketplace platform. Now, at Booking.com, she combines financial services with tech to remove the financial challenges people experience when travelling.
Michaela Jeffery-Morrison, CEO and co-founder of Ascend Global Media, the company behind Women in Tech World Series - the first global events company in the world designed specifically for women working in tech. At the age of 25, Michaela started the business alongside her two co-founders. With big ambitions to change the status quo, Michaela wanted to build a company that would give women the tools not only to progress professionally but to take charge of their own futures and grow personally.
