Covid Secure Venue & Event

Our first priority in bringing European Women in Technology in-person will be to work closely with local government and authorities. The event will be planned carefully in accordance with local advice and guidelines.

We're working closely with the RAI Amsterdam and the in-house event team to make sure we can bring you together with your peers, clients, and colleagues as safely as possible.

Covid Update - 25th February 2022

As of 25th February 2022 there are no Covid-19 measures in place for trade fairs and exhibitions in The Netherlands.

Face coverings will no longer be mandatory to wear at the event but we do encourage it for your own safety. You must still wear a face covering on public transport and at airports.

As well as for the event, there are also no measures in place for hotels, restaurants, bars, museums, and other places of leisure which means you can get the full tourist experience whilst staying in Amsterdam for the event.

You will still be required to show proof of vaccination against Covid-19 or a negative test taken no more than 24 hours before along with our Covid-19 Waiver form which you will be required to sign to be granted entry to the event.

You can generate a coronavirus entry pass using the CoronaCheck app on your mobile phone. You can get a coronavirus entry pass if you are fully vaccinated, have valid proof of recovery or a negative result from a coronavirus test taken less than 24 hours before entry. For people without proof of vaccination or recovery, getting tested will remain free of charge.

Please note: this is in line with current guidelines and could be subject to change or increase as we get closer to the date of the event and you will be kept updated.
