Rory is the Head of Data and Digital Transformation for HR. He leads a team responsible for all HR processes, systems and data within NTT. A key part of Rory’s job is focused on process and system optimisation in order to maximise candidate and employee experience whilst driving efficiency and productivity. AI is at the core of this strategy and the transformation programme he is driving. Rory is a Lean Six Sigma master blackbelt and has delivered large scale transformation programmes for Global companies including Benteler Automotive, Bombardier / Alstom and Genpact.

Rory’s passions are horses, art collecting and golf.
