ACCOMMODATION

We have partnered with the RAI and have negotiated discounted accommodation rates for our attendees. To book accommodation please click here. You will be asked to provide a credit card to book and pay for your reservation.

 

AGENDA

Please note, due to our commitment to sustainability, there will be no printed agendas on-site. An interactive agenda will be available to view on the event app as well as a PDF agenda you can download/print.

BADGE COLLECTION & REGISTRATION

Badge Collection & Registration Timings

Wednesday 25 June – 07:30 – 16:00

Thursday 26 June – 08:00 – 14:00

You will receive a QR code on Tuesday 24 June which can be used to collect your badge at one of our self-service kiosks. We anticipate some queues during registration, so arriving early will ensure you don’t miss the Opening Remarks at 9:15am. If you cannot make it on time, don’t worry as registration will be open throughout both days.

 

CLOAKROOM

The event offers a complimentary cloakroom for all attendees.

This can be found next to the Registration Area.

CHARGING STATIONS

Charging Stations can be found planted around the Exhibition Area. If you are a Premium Ticket holder, you will have access to charging stations on the Workshop floor.

DRESS CODE

We recommend business casual for the event.

EVENT APP & NETWORKING

You will receive an email containing a link to download our event app, alongside your login instructions on Wednesday 18 June.

The event app is an incredibly useful and interactive tool which will compliment your experience at the event. It will allow you to:

  • View the agenda and add sessions to your own schedule
  • Network even further with our speakers, sponsors, and other attendees
  • Browse job opportunities
  • Receive the latest updates from us
  • Create and join discussion boards
  • Participate in competitions to win prizes
  • Create meet-ups with other attendees

You will be able to start networking with other attendees as soon as you log in to the app. This will allow you to build connections and arrange meetings prior to the event to maximise the use of your time on the day.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Food and beverages will be available for purchase during the event. Dietary requirements will be catered for across all vendors. Free tea and coffee will be provided from the central bar during networking breaks only. Water will be available from dispensers in the Exhibition Area.

FLOOR MAP

The Floor Map will be available to view on the app 1 week out from the event. Please check back then. 

INFO POINT

If you have any questions or encounter any issues related to your registration, access to the event app, payments, ticket transfers, or any other registration-related matters, our team is here to help.

Please visit the Info Point, conveniently located in the Registration Area. Our staff will be available throughout the event to provide support, answer your questions, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you.

We’re committed to making your event experience as seamless as possible, so don’t hesitate to stop by if you need assistance.

MEETING SPACES

There is no dedicated space for attendees to take work calls or hold meetings. For in-person meetings, there will be plenty of networking areas within the Exhibition Area. Premium Ticket holders will also have access to a ‘chill and charge’ space on the Workshop floor.

MOTHERING ROOM

There is a dedicated mothering room on-site. Please ask a member of staff at the registration area to direct you to the space.

PARKING

Parking is available on-site, and delegates bear the responsibility of arranging and covering their own parking fees.

It’s strongly recommended to pre-book parking online to ensure availability.

Parking rate: € 5.50 per hour, maximum € 35.00 per day. Online daily rate via the parking webshop: € 29.00. Evening ticket for € 12.50.

POST-EVENT RESOURCES

We aim to continue your experience after European Women in Technology by extending access to resources after the event.

Premium and Standard Ticket holders will have access to presentation slides, event photos and any additional resources shared by speakers post-event.

Premium Ticket holders will have access to session recordings from the SkillShift, TechStrategy, and Workforce stages, plus an additional 30 days app access after the recordings have been uploaded to the event app.

We aim to upload resources to the event app as soon as we get them and we will update you whenever a resource is available to view. Please allow up to 4 weeks before all post-event resources are available to view on the event app.

PRAYER ROOM

There is a dedicated prayer room onsite. Please ask a member of staff at the registration area to direct you to the space.

QUIET SPACES

Take a break in our quiet space, designed for anyone who needs a peaceful moment away from the event. This space offers a calm environment to relax and recharge. Please note, due to the nature of this space, we discourage using this space for meetings or calls. Please ask a member of staff at the registration area to direct you to the space.

Train

The RAI has its ‘own’ station, RAI Amsterdam which is located a stone’s throw from the RAI complex and is easy to reach from anywhere in the Netherlands. When you leave the station follow the signs for RAI Amsterdam. Check the latest train information before departure

By Eurostar
Eurostar now runs a direct service from London St Pancras International to Amsterdam Centraal - twice a day on weekdays and once a day on weekends. The journey takes just 3hrs 41 mins to get from city centre to city centre with free wi-fi offered onboard and a power socket at every seat. Taxi

All taxis can drop off at the venue, but only TCA taxis can pick up onsite. Others must use the designated pickup point outside RAI. Book a TCA taxi at the reception or online.

Tram/Metro/Bus

Metro 52 will take you from Amsterdam Centraal Station to RAI Amsterdam (Europaplein station) in just eight minutes and stops in front of the RAI complex.

From Amstel Station you can reach us by taking Metro 51 to the RAI station or bus 62 (stop Europaplein). Metro 50 operates the route between Amsterdam Sloterdijk and Gein, and also stops at the RAI station.

Plane

Schiphol Airport is just 15 minutes away by car, train, taxi, or bus.

The Amsterdam Airport website provides information including: up-to-the-minute flight information, connecting transport facilities to RAI Amsterdam and business facilities.

 

WORKSHOPS

Workshops are now available to book and edit via the event app. You should have received an email containing information on the app and how to log in.

Workshops hold a limited seating capacity which is reserved on a first come first serve basis and there are no waiting lists. We advise securing your workshops as quickly as possible to avoid missing out on your first choices as spaces will fill up quickly. 

If you notice that the workshops you desired are fully booked, please don't worry! We are always adding more new workshops, repeating popular workshops, and adding spaces to existing workshops where possible. You can edit your workshops as many times and whenever you need.

We are also here to help! Please contact us if you experience any issues booking onto three workshops and we would be more than happy to assist. You can also enquire with staff at the info point on the day to check availability for workshops.
