Hi Camila! Thanks so much for taking the time to speak with us and for speaking at this year's event! Firstly, please introduce yourself and tell us a little bit more about you and your career to date!
I'm Camila Buhler, born in Germany, raised in Chile and living in Amsterdam. I am passionate about sustainability and people, and have built my career at Deloitte consulting, within the Technology Strategy department. There, I worked on complex client projects, at the intersection of technology and sustainability, focusing on Enterprise Architecture and Data. Next to my client work, I created a women's network at Deloitte, with the aim of empowering female colleagues through practical workshops and creating a supportive community.
What are you looking forward to at European Women in Technology?

What does the Leading the Digital Revolution theme mean to you?
It means being brave and embracing the innovation, challenges and opportunities that we are faced with in these times of digital revolution. It means to pave the way forward, while continuing to put people at the center of the digital revolution.
What can attendees expect from your session?
Attendees to my session can expect to learn about how enterprise architecture, data and sustainability are interconnected, and learn about the steps to take to build a resilient IT landscape that enables your organization's ESG goals.
What is your biggest prediction for 2025 for technology?
In 2025, I predict a sharp rise in sustainability-focused AI and data solutions—organizations will increasingly use AI not just for efficiency, but to monitor, optimize, and report on sustainability performance in real time, integrating ESG deeply into core business and tech strategies
