Lucretia Loescher is heading Transformation & Projects for Siemens Energy. Her background in legal and business management focuses her work on the transformation of the energy industry, organizational needs and team dynamics. She has experience in various industries. 2004 she began her career in sales and marketing in automotive before she moved into consulting. 6 years later she became Director of Sales Operations for OSRAM Lighting Solutions, followed by a promotion to Vice President of Strategy, HSE and Business Improvement for Siemens Energy. She is an ambitious mountaineer and diver. On Arctic expeditions, she gets to know the earth in its extreme. She is committed to the protection of species and is a volunteer rescue worker.
Beate Müller-Tiemann is currently Vice President of integrated CMC Development for Synthetic Molecules and CMC Project Management at Sanofi. In this role her mission is to expedite the technical development of new innovative medicines for patients. Her activities are focusing on securing volumes, quality, economics and environmental sustainability of new chemical entities. Previously Dr. Müller-Tiemann held the role of Technology & Innovation in the Biologics Manufacturing Platform further strengthening Innovation and Technology for Biologics technical development and manufacturing across all of Sanofi’s global businesses. Prior to joining Sanofi Dr. Müller-Tiemann held the role of Vice President Cell and Protein Sciences within Global Biologics Research at Bayer. In her more than 20 years’ experience in pharmaceutical R&D, she focused on protein science, with various roles in small molecule and biologics drug discovery.
She started her career at Sandoz, Basel, Switzerland in Molecular Neurology Research, she moved into Molecular Oncology at Bayer Corporation in West Haven, Connecticut, USA, subsequently joined Schering AG in Berlin, Germany, focusing on High Throughput Technologies in Protein Sciences and Crystallography, before she moved to Bayer’s Research Center in Wuppertal, Germany, establishing and leading the Biologics Research Organization. Beate holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Cell Biology from the University of Hamburg, Germany, and a Maîtrise de Biochimie of the University of Montpellier, France.
Séverine has joint Accenture in 2019 after 20 years in Business Consulting and Tech transformation across sectors with a deep knowledge and understanding of the Products sectors. She has built and drive platforme Business for a major SI in France and Southern Europe. Currently her client work is focused on technology transformation with Oracle Platforms in France.
She’s passionate about how “We are Truly Human” Accenture initiatives and “Leadership DNA”. Where everyone has a role to play, in a trustful and positive environment, for all.

Sarah Burnett is a leading technology industry analyst in the field of intelligent automation, chair of BCSWomen, the women’s group of the British Chartered Institute for IT (BCS), and founder of AI Accelerator, a programme of free AI events, seminars and webcasts by experts, to encourage more women into the field of AI. One of Computer Weekly’s top 50 most influential people in technology in the UK, Sarah often speaks at clients’ and industry events and webinars. She is active in social media with frequent blogs and Twitter posts (@SarahBurnett).
Fatima has over 20 years’ experience in Telecommunications sector. Highly skilled senior manager with demonstrated leadership beyond her technology strength. Fatima brings a great blend of creativity & knowledge to solve complex problems. She led major BT transformation programmes Including Digital voice: A significant change for the industry & UK consumers which represents a move from an analogue to a digital, fibre led future.
Currently, she is leading the Ventures Businesses as CTIO B2B for BT, assisting the business with building new models and re-shaping business processes. Using Technology strategy, Innovation and Tech transformation across sectors; including healthcare, Media & TV, SME & Public Sector.
Fatima is passionate about the future of Technology and how it will shape our society. She believes that the fourth revolution is an opportunity to reset gender equality, social mobility and race. She believes that we at the Tech industry have the responsibility to shape the ethical development and deployment of AI technologies. AI is set to be deeply embedded into the fabric of society touching every aspect of people’s lives so we will have to ensure that the new Tech delivers benefits to industry and society as whole.
Fatima is an active promoter of diversity & inclusion, she has created a coaching and inspirational program for women managers in BT, extending the invitation to women managers in other industry sector, Finance, Insurance and Tech. this proved very successful, huge learning and insight exchange between candidates. The programme received support and funding from senior Executive to produce videos which were used as training material across the company.
In her spare time Fatima is a mother of three and a wife, and never stops learning.
Susana Delgado is the Chief Operating Officer at PagoFX, a fintech that enables international money transfers. In her role, she leads a number of functions including business operations, international expansion and customer service. She brings a rich expertise in strategy and digital transformation and is passionate about improving customer experience.
Prior to this role, she was at Amazon where she led the growth of the Marketplace in consumer goods categories in Spain. Previously, Susana worked in the SaaS industry, leading the digital transformation and in charge of go-to-market for Wolters Kluwer’s Cloud business across Europe. She has also been a senior consultant at McKinsey in Italy, after holding a variety of leadership roles at companies such as Citi, IBM or Havas Media.
A proud mum of three children, who believes that a healthy work life balance is possible.
For Daphne Pertsekos, it has always been about the learning process. What are the mechanisms involved, what can we learn from nature to create intelligent machines? Those questions led her to her position as data scientist at National Gendarmerie, one of two national police forces of France. Some of the missions of this military institution are general public order duties, criminal investigations, crowd and riot control. Deeply convinced that efforts in the field of Artificial Intelligence should be directed towards public interest, she assists the Gendarmerie in setting up A.I projects such as chatbots assisting citizens to file online complaints.
Working in various industries, in 3 different countries, with experiences ranging from kindergarten teacher to machine learning specialist, she can shed new lights to the challenges of the fourth revolution.
Her motto: Mistakes are often the greatest teachers.
Bettina Dietsche has been Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Board of Management at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE since 01.07.2018. She is responsible for Human Resources, IT, Business Transformation, Global Business Operations, Protection & Resilience, Multinational Unit, and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
Bettina started her career in consulting before joining Allianz in 1998. Since then she has held a variety of senior leadership roles both within Allianz Group and externally as well as internationally in the US, New Zealand and Switzerland.
Bettina holds an MBA. She is originally from the Black Forest and is currently living in Munich with her partner and daughter.
Grace is the Chief Operating Officer of the BBC’s Design and Engineering department. As COO she works to enable teams to have the resources, technology and working environment to deliver audiences work-class digital products and services. She is also responsible for leading the BBC’s teams responsible for the BBC’s work in Virtual Reality, Voice/Artificial Intelligence, and the editorial team who run the BBC Homepage. Before the BBC, Grace worked as a Management Consultant in the media sector. She has a degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
Divya Handa is a technology professional and marketing strategist at IBM. She has spent over 20 years in the IT and Telecom sector, driving products and delivering solutions. She started her career in India during the dotcom era after which she moved to UK to pursue an MBA from Lancaster University in International Business and Marketing strategy. During her work tenure, she has worked in Europe, driven strategic initiatives in LATAM and MEA, she enjoys the cultural diversity of working across regions. She’s a mother of 2, a keen travel enthusiast and a philanthropist. Her mantra in life, people drive performance and power so always invest in them.
