What will I receive ahead of the event?
You will receive a confirmation email after purchasing your ticket. In the lead up to European Women in Technology 2020, your QR code and confirmation number will be sent to your inbox. Please print this and bring it with you to the conference so that you can collect your badge from the kiosks at registration.
What time does the event start and finish?
Registration opens at 07:30am on Day 1 and Day 2 with the first session starting at 08:45am.
The last session will end at 18:00pm on Day 1 where you are then invited to join us for networking drinks for one-hour. On day 2, the event finishes at 15:50pm.
Where can I find up-to-date information about the agenda?
Our agenda is continuously evolving. The most complete version can be found on the Agenda section of our website.
How can I access videos from the conference?
Diamond and Gold holders have access to videos of all main stage talks online after the event. The videos will be sent to you via email approximately 2 months after European Women in Technology 2020.

What is the dress code?
We recommend smart business attire for the entire event. Attendees are encouraged to wear blazers, trousers, smart dresses, skirts, shirts (tie is optional) and closed-toe shoes/heels.
Are children allowed onsite?
Children are welcome onsite at European Women in Technology, however they will not be permitted during build-up and break-down. There will be no childcare facilities.
Is there a cloakroom?
The RAI Amsterdam have cloakrooms available during the event which can be found in the main entrance to the show. Please see the cloakroom charges below: €2 per coat €4 for larger bags and suitcases
How do I sign up to workshops?
Diamond ticket holders Diamond tickets holders have priority access for all the workshops and will be sent an email detailing how to sign up to workshops 2 weeks before the event (Diamond ticket holders will receive access to a maximum of 6 workshops across both days).
Gold ticket holders Gold ticket holders will be sent an email with the workshop details 1 week before the event (Gold ticket holders will receive a maximum of 4 workshops across both days).
Silver Plus and Silver ticket holders Silver ticket holders will not receive an email nor are they guaranteed a place in any of the workshops. We will be operating a waiting list for each workshop this will be operated on a first come first served basis on the day of the event.

How do I get to the venue?

Can I book accommodation and flights through you at a discount?
Light refreshments, including tea, coffee, and networking drinks, will be available throughout the day free of charge. Lunch can be purchased on-site. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any serious allergies.
Can I attend if I am a new or expectant mother?
Yes, we will be more than happy to ensure you have what you need to be able to attend the event. If you are a new or expectant mother, please contact email@example.com.
Is there a mothering room?
There is a dedicated baby care lounge available. Access to the Baby Care Lounge is controlled by a key system and the room can be locked from the inside by means of a cylinder lock. The key is available from Reception D on the ground floor of the Elicium by Entrance D and must be returned after use. The Baby Care Lounge is equipped with three comfortable chairs, a baby changing bench with two cushions, a playpen, a refrigerator and a sink with hot and cold water.
Is there a prayer room?
The Prayer Room has a washroom and two private cubicles where people of all faiths can pray or meditate in a peaceful environment. The Prayer Room is always open and accessible via Entrance D at level -1. The two private cubicles for prayer/meditation can be locked from the inside.
There will be a first aider onsite. Please notify the organisers or venue staff in case of a medical emergency.
