Q&A w/ Hristina Stoyanova, PMO Team Manager @ HP

Hi Hristina, thanks so much for taking the time to speak with us! Firstly, please introduce yourself and tell us a little bit more about you and your career to date!

I’m Hristina Stoyanova, a Program Management Office (PMO) Team Manager at HP Inc. I have over 10 years of experience in managing global projects, operations, and diverse teams. I currently lead a team of experts driving the implementation of HP's innovative solutions for our Tier 1 business customers worldwide.  I do also teach Management to Master’s students at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.

What are you looking forward to at European Women in Technology?

I’m excited to connect with fellow leaders who are passionate about innovation, growth, and making a real impact. I’m especially looking forward to inspiring conversations and idea exchanges on how we can reinvent ourselves in today’s evolving world. For me, it’s also about offering support and building a strong network of women who lift each other up.

What does the Leading the Digital Revolution theme mean to you?

To me, Leading the Digital Revolution is both an opportunity and a responsibility. We are in a unique moment where we can reinvent ourselves, our teams, and our organizations in ways we never imagined. AI is reshaping our understanding of what is possible and what we can become. As leaders, it is our responsibility to guide our teams and organizations toward transformation that is meaningful, impactful, and fulfilling.

What can attendees expect from your session?

Attendees can expect to learn practical tips and tools that they can apply in conversations with their team members to help unlock their full potential. These tools empower, support, and inspire, offering a powerful way to lead with authenticity and influence, rather than relying solely on authority. This is Future Ready Leadership.

What is your biggest prediction for 2025 for technology?

In 2025, I see Generative AI becoming an integral part of how we live, lead, and create value. It will challenge us to rethink traditional ways of working and living to unlock new levels of creativity, efficiency and purpose. As leaders, we have a crucial role in guiding our teams through this transformation. I’m excited about the possibilities it will unlock.

Register for your place to join Hristina for her session, 'How to Use Coaching Skills to Create High-Performing Teams' at European Women in Technology on 25 - 26 June!
