With a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kenyatta University, Ashley has cultivated a career at the intersection of technology, innovation, and environmental stewardship.

Her professional journey began at Opibus, a pioneering electric vehicle company in Kenya, where she contributed to the development of the country’s first electric vehicle tailored for the safari industry. This groundbreaking initiative not only reduced operational costs but also supported the transition to eco-friendly tourism in East Africa.

Now based in the Netherlands, Ashley applies her deep expertise in electric vehicle infrastructure, reliability, and maintenance to advance sustainable transport across Europe. Her work plays a vital role in shaping the future of clean mobility on the continent.
