Speaker Profiles

Currently I am a Scrum Master. My work passion lies with Agile, Lean, Continuous Improvement and Entertainment! This is reflected in business processes as my personal life. I have an ambition for supporting individuals, teams and the organization, in any customized way to improve self-organization and create an open and safe (team) environment. Next to that I love to have happy employees, customers, and good vibes (without losing the goal or productivity). Laughing with each other is also a way to communicate difficult conversations and to feel safe to speak up or conflicts. I love to invite everyone to feel themselves and not being pressured by judgement. I am a dancer in my free time as well with fire and perform on different events the last 10 years. I always seek for opportunities in work and outside work to personally develop myself and others.
