Impact strategist, bridge-builder, and lifelong advocate for community-rooted change. With 30 years across marketing, entrepreneurship, governance, and social equity, she has learned: transformation doesn’t begin with control, but with courage and real change doesn’t come from louder voices at the top, but from deeper listening to those long unheard.
We’re not just facing a digital revolution, we’re living in a liminal era, where old systems no longer serve, and new ones are yet to emerge. Leadership today demands a shift: from visibility to accountability, from knowing to not-knowing. It’s about guiding others through that ‘in-between space’ through discomfort, complexity, and iterative learning.
At Stichting Studiezalen and in national coalitions, I work where system innovation meets lived experience, building trust-based ecosystems where overlooked talent rises beyond tokenism. In a world obsessed with scale, I invest in depth. Because in this age of volatility, the boldest innovation is leadership rooted in serving the other, presence and radical inclusion.
