With over eight years of experience across the education and private sectors—including leadership roles in management, sales, and recruitment—Darren brings a strategic, people-focused approach to learning and development.

Prior to his current role, Darren worked with several global education providers, helping individuals and organisations unlock their potential through tailored professional learning. He holds an MA in Applied Linguistics from King’s College London, and has a particular interest in how language shapes leadership, influence, and connection in multicultural environments.
