Ennia currently leads a 10-person strong, multidisciplinary Data team at Faber LABS. Together with their Data Engineers, Analysts & Scientists, she is tasked to transform the family-owned Faber company towards a fully data-driven company, making their international supply chains more transparent, circular, and sustainable.

With an academical background in Econometrics & Operations Research, and eight years of experience as a Data Scientist in various teams & companies, Ennia lives and breathes AI. She has great passion for not only implementing AI solutions, but also for training and coaching others on how to make the best use of AI. At this year’s conference in Amsterdam, she will provide a hands-on workshop about Generative AI, LLMs, and how to prompt like a pro.
