Hristina Stoyanova
Over the past 13 years, I’ve had the opportunity to manage global projects, operations, and diverse teams. What has excited me most throughout this journey is supporting the growth and development of the people I work with.
Five years ago, I was introduced to coaching—and it changed the way I lead. Since then, I’ve completed multiple coaching programs and am now a certified SPOT coach with the Hudson Institute of Coaching, as well as a trained facilitator for “Coaching Foundations for Leaders” at HP Inc. I apply coaching tools and mindset in my daily work as a Program Management Office (PMO) Team Manager, collaborating with colleagues of different ages, backgrounds, and cultures. I regularly share my experience and lessons learned within HP—and I’m thrilled to bring those insights to the European Women in Technology community.
My passion for supporting others’ growth also brought me to academia. With a PhD in Management, I’ve been teaching Management to Master’s students at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski for over six years. In 2021, I was invited to design and lead the HP Sofia Management Development Program, which has since flourished and was honored with a Gold Award for Leadership Development last year.
