We, Nelly Dua and Irin Otto, are dynamic AI data scientists at ABN AMRO, and we have the pleasure of working within the innovative Advanced Conversational Engagement (ACE) team. With a strong foundation in econometrics, we leverage our skills to drive groundbreaking solutions in AI and data analytics. Over the years, our experience at the bank has fuelled our passion for exploring cutting-edge technologies and developing creative ideas that significantly enhance user experiences. Our collaborative spirit and expertise are essential in contributing to ABN AMRO's mission to lead in conversational engagement.

Together, we're currently focused on advancing customer insights in our chatbot, Anna. However, our work doesn't stop there; we also contribute to the development of the Tikkie bot, a voice bot, and other AI-related tools, each designed to push the boundaries of conversational technology.
