Lin Kiat Yap is the Executive Vice President and Head of ASML’s Customer Support (CS) department. During his time with ASML, he’s led a variety of CS teams including US Field Operations, the Central DUV segment team, and Global Field Operations. Prior to ASML, Lin Kiat spent 20 years at Micron Technology, Inc. He has extensive fab operations experience and has managed wafer fab operations in Singapore and Taiwan, as well as in the US where he was a site vice president. Lin Kiat graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a BSc in Chemical Engineering. He is a former member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council which provides regional CEOs in Northern Virginia with a platform to advocate for the importance of science and technology in the US. He's also an industry consultant to the National University of Singapore’s Chemical Engineering department.
