Dr. Ing. Mira Vasic is a serial entrepreneur, leading corporate trainer, career coach and international keynote speaker with expertise in Diversity & Inclusion and female leadership. She helps individuals develop strategic leadership skills and organizations build truly inclusive cultures.

Mira has taught IEMBA courses at Geneva Business School and Politecnico di Milano Business School, and she is a Senior Partner and co-owner of In Touch Female Career Academy since 2020. She is also the founder of femlinq, a global women's network empowering expat women, and a passionate ambassador for women’s health and endometriosis awareness.

With over 15 years of experience as a researcher and consultant in both the private and public sectors across Serbia, Spain, Greece, Italy, and the Netherlands, Mira brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to her work. She holds a PhD in Structural Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and speaks four languages fluently. Her signature strengths is a contagious enthusiasm, a sharp strategic mind with a great sense of humor.
