Experienced professional with a rich background in executive education, professional development, and intercultural facilitation with an MSc in Intercultural Communication. With over 10 years in higher education in the UK and 15 years in sales and customer service in Spain, I have successfully guided, mature students, professionals and executives helping them achieve growth, navigate career transitions, and experience career transformations. As a Senior Programme Consultant in Executive Education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, I help executives navigate their learning and career development journeys. I build trusted relationships, advise on growth opportunities, and support professionals in making informed decisions about their next steps.

My coaching experience has had three key areas of experience:

• As an intercultural facilitator at University of Warwick, I have helped and guided mature students in navigating cultural diversity, enhancing cross-cultural communication. I helped students and teams to develop cultural awareness, adaptability, and the skills to excel in global environments.
• As a volunteer professional development coach and mentor at Code your Future, I support individuals in achieving career growth, career transitions, and personal development. I provide guidance on career strategies, market trends, leadership skills, professional confidence and empower individuals to reach their full potential.
• I am currently undertaking a Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship at BPP University, an exciting and enriching opportunity through Saïd Business School that has deepened my ability to connect, support, and guide others in meaningful ways.
