Nina Justin, The Resilience Mentor, is a traction strategist and business strategy advisor based in Amsterdam.

Originally from Malaysia, she has worked in over 40 countries. Nina specialises in enhancing business traction with resilience and efficiency for startups, and scale-ups.

She has a background in law and international licensing and launched three ventures including Video Avatar and Advatar Asia.

Nina is also a TEDx Speaker and was named as one of the Voices of the New Era of Leaders by the Female Factor, in 2024. She was the first female CEO at Rockstart Accelerator and served as a jury member for the Rice Bowl Start-Up Awards in South East Asia.

Nina is an advocate for continuous learning, inclusivity, and transforming challenges into opportunities.
