In her role as the managing partner overseeing coaching at Sparkus, Ozlem specializes in aligning coaching services with the digitalization agendas of corporate HR and L&D teams. Recognized with the ICF Young Leader Award in 2019, she is acknowledged for her significant contributions to the future of coaching. She is the leader of the Digital & AI Centre for Excellence at EMCC Global. She has a passion for human stories and is in love with Amsterdam.
