Rhoda von Below is a commercial programme manager at British Telecom, looking back on a journey of growth within the company.
After studying Psychology at the University of Glasgow she joined British Telecom as a Graduate focusing on project management and afterwards taking opportunities to work as a business manager within an agile tribe. Following this role, she led a large sales re-organisation and afterwards decided it was time to join the front lines to get first hand sales experience.
Her years in sales allowed her to get close to the customer and really understand the needs and wants of large multinational organisations. She then took this experience to move into commercial programme management, where she is leading the entry of British Telecom into Hyperscaler Cloud Marketplaces, developing an additional sales avenue and revenue stream.
She is also looking forward to starting her Executive MBA at the Amsterdam Business School in September 2025.
