Simona Todoroska is a tech entrepreneur who built IWConnect’s Amsterdam office from scratch, turning it into the EMEA head office. With a degree in Computer Science and over 10 years in IT, she leads projects in integration and digital transformation for global organizations, earning IWConnect multiple tech awards. Her love for entrepreneurship fuels her drive to create and innovate in the tech space.

Based in Amsterdam, Simona is passionate about sharing her insights on tech leadership and AI in The Netherlands but also globally. She’s back as a second-time speaker at the European Women in Tech conference and has spoken at many events in Europe and USA. As a mentor for Women in AI The Netherlands, she supports women breaking into tech. Something that changed Simona’s way of thinking and way of living comes as an inspiration from Naval’s clarity: “Don’t chase titles. Be a low-key entrepreneur who inspires others to achieve more by obsessing doing what you love.” This guides her focus on impact over accolades.

Drawing from the practical life lessons of multiple peers, Simona tries to learn something new every day which later she applies to her work and personal growth.
