As EVP of Fixed Access Networks, Tamara is responsible for KPN's fixed access network, including the fiber rollout and connecting customers to fiber across the Netherlands. As a business leader, Tamara champions empathy and inclusion. She builds diverse teams based on knowledge and personality, believes in empowering talents and serves as a role model to inspire the next generation of women to take on technical leadership roles.
Tamara's career is marked by her talent for thoroughly investigating business processes and improving them through standardization and automation. This not only enhances organizational efficiency but also boosts customer satisfaction and employee experience.
She has been with KPN since 2011, holding various roles from internal auditor (2011-2015) to VP HR Operations and VP Employee Experience within Human Resources and EVP for KPN’s Service Quality Center, ensuring KPN customers an always-on experience.

Prior to joining KPN, Tamara worked nearly seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Knowledge Manager and Risk Manager in the Telco Business.
