Tanuja Bhamidipati is a Global Specialised Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, where she helps enterprises design and scale AI systems ranging from retrieval augmented generation (RAG) to complex agents on Azure. With over six years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and cloud engineering, she’s led transformative deployments across finance, government, retail, and manufacturing industries.  

Tanuja is passionate about helping people and actively contributes to gender equity initiatives through Microsoft ERG programs. She also enables technical teams across EMEA, equipping architects to build responsible, production-grade AI solutions. She has been recognised within Microsoft for driving innovation and real-world impact. At European Women in Technology, she will share insights on identifying, designing and deploying intelligent agents that deliver measurable value.
